Data collection on this website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects information your browser transmits to the server (IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference, content of the request, access status, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser information). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (secure, uninterrupted operation). This data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short period.
Contact form and enquiries
When you enquire via the contact form (or by email), the data you provide (name, email address, project description, selected services) is processed to handle your request and for any follow-up questions. This data is not shared without your consent.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR where your request relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) where it was requested.
The data remains with me until you ask me to delete it, withdraw your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing it ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. The personal data processed on this website is stored on the host's servers. The host processes the data solely to fulfil its service obligations and under instruction as a processor within the meaning of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Regarding the personal data stored with me, you have the rights of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Consents granted may be withdrawn at any time. You can reach me for this at the email address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
